
If you want more than a boot camp can offer or one-on-one focus,
personal training is a valuable option.
A fitness program will be designed specifically for you; including duration, exercises, and length of your training sessions.
Training is available for private, semi-private, or small group (limit 3 people) sessions at your home, a park, or other appropriate location.
Private: $35/hour
$20/half-hour
Semi-private: $25/hour/per person
Small group: $15/hour/per person
A one hour health and fitness evaluation and consultation is required prior to any training sessions.
Payment must be made in advance for all consultations and sessions.
