Class schedule and featured cardio:**

Kickboxing - a mix of punches and kicks
"Retro fitness" - old-school style aerobics, leg warmers and headbands optional
Cardio dance - Rockette experience not necesary; everyone will be able to follow the
steps
Drills - a variety of drills used in various sports
Plyo - plyometrics, jump training; don't be scared by this one!
 
"When we were young" - exercises inspired by children's play
Step - utilizes step benches

Starting in March, this special program will help WARRIORS get prepped for this 'ultimate event'.

Designed to build strength and stamina for the obstacle-filled 3.5 miles, it's also open to anyone just looking for a fun workout.

The hour-long workout is just one day a week, and just $10 each day

for all the sessions)
