Why this boot camp over a traditional "military style" boot camp?
Here's why...
There are many reasons why people choose boot camps. It could be because you're at a plateau and need an extra push. You may want a kick-start to a new fitness program. The gym scene just isn't your thing. You like group exercise, but a gym's class of 20 people is just too much.
Whatever your reason, I'm glad to have you here!
Military style boot camps are great! (I know, I've tried them.) But many are run by former military or police personnel who typically don't have an exercise science or physical education background, and they may not be certified by a nationally accredited and nationally recognized fitness organization such as NASM, Cooper, ACSM, or ACE.
A boot camp, or any other exercise program, run by someone with the proper educational background and credentials understands body mechanics, physiology, correct training methods, and nutrition, among many other things. They can provide the best, most appropriate program.
So, why choose Force Physiques's Boot Camp? I have a degree in Kinesiology, and I am a Cooper Institute Certified Personal Trainer. I am also a Health Alliance Member of the American College of Sports Medicine and continue my education in areas such a sports nutrition, injury prevention, and others. This boot camp is designed to help you reach your goals quickly and effectively. It also teaches you how to incoorporate the exercises and routines into your own workout. The equipment we use can easily be adapted for home use (and is found at traditional gyms). So no more skipping exercises because you're nervous about how to use certain equipment or too scared to try! Plus if you're going to workout, you want it to be right. You will learn proper form and mechanics. Proper form equals better results! And that's what we're here for.
Your success is my goal!
