     Meet Christy...

Physical fitness has always been important in my life, from participating in cheerleading, basketball, and track, to being a member of the dance teams in high school and college. It was so influential that I committed a lifestyle to it and earned a degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas.

I am a Cooper Institute Certified Personal Trainer, and a Health Alliance Member of the American College of Sports Medicine. I am
actively seeking additional certifications (through ACSM, ACE, and Cooper) and continuing my education in order to provide the latest information and most up-to-date, and best, practices for you.

My current fitness pursuits include training for a half-marathon (currently on hold due to a knee injury), challenging my Husband to games of tennis, participating on Express Cheer’s Parent Team, trying to keep the house clean, keeping the gardens in bloom, and taking care of my active and busy daughter.

Health and fitness shouldn't be hard or complicated. My philosophy is this:
K.I.S.S. - Keep it simple and solid. Start with a few easy steps, stick to them, and you'll see results.

Make no mistake, beneath the fuzzy exterior lies a firm trainer who will help you become strong, lean, and fit.

Your success is my goal!
