Meet Christy...
Physical fitness has always been important in my life. I've been involved in cheerleading, basketball, track, and was a member of the dance teams in high school and college. Because of the enjoyment I received from being physically active, I decided to commit my lifestyle to it and to pass that same enjoyment on to others.
After earning a degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas, I became a a Cooper Institute Certified Personal Trainer, and a Health Alliance Member of the American College of Sports Medicine. In order to provide the best exercise programs for you, I actively seek additional certifications and continue my education to always stay on top of the latest information.
My current fitness pursuits include 5Ks and 10Ks, challenging my Husband to games of tennis, trying to keep the house clean, keeping the gardens in bloom, taking care of my active and busy daughter, and training for the 2009 Dallas White Rock Half-Marathon.

Health and fitness shouldn't be hard or complicated. My philosophy is this: K.I.S.S. - Keep it simple, stupid. Start with a few easy steps, stick to them, and you'll see results!
